The Research Center at the Einstein institute of mathematics is dedicated to the development of the long term research infrastructure of the departement by providing support to initiatives of researchers and research groups of all levels, and promoting the usage of computer resources in mathematical research. 

The support is divided between particular research projects and groups and general broad  initiatives. Aiming to consolidate a creative and innovative mathematical community around the Einstein institute of mathematics at the Hebrew University. 

 

The Eintein institute research center is also maintaining cooperative relations with other research institutes in the university. In particular:

• Israeli Institute for Advanced Studies (IIAS)
• Federmann Center for the Study of Rationality
• Quantum Information Science Center
• Israeli Center of Research Excellence in Algorithms
