Title: Sensitivity of Schrödinger operators to the boundary conditions
Abstract: We discuss the sensitivity of the finite volume restrictions of Schrödinger operators with dynamically defined potentials to periodic and anti-periodic boundary conditions. We are interested in how the properties of the underlying dynamics are reflected on the sensitivity, which is quantified by the bandwidths of the periodic approximation and we’ll address it on the logarithmic scale in terms of the Lyapunov exponent.
