Abstract; Years ago Peter Walters showed that there are uniquely ergodic systems with continuous cocycles such that 
that the Lyapunov exponents do not converge for all points. He also gave some conditions under which the contrary is true. 
I will discuss his results and some  recent extensions due to Ai Hua Fan and Meng Wu.
