We define stationary descendent Gromov-Witten invariants for maps from RP^2 to CP^1, adapting a previous construction by Buryak-Zernik-Pandharipande-Tessler for disk maps. We use equivariant localization to provide a formula in terms of fixed points graphs. This is joint work with Ran Tessler.
